This Legal Environment workshop will feature several representatives from key law firms who are USUBC members. Each presenter will speak for 15-20 minutes about the legal, regulatory and judicial issues faced by those
doing business in Ukraine today, the impact on investments, what changes
are needed, and other related matters, etc. The presentations will be followed
by a Q&A session.
USUBC member law firms who have already agreed to be on the program
include Magisters; Marks, Sokolov & Burd, Heller & Rosenblatt and the
RULG - Ukrainian Legal Group. The entire program will be available by
the end of the week.
Co-sponsors for this USUBC workshop are the Trade & Economic Mission
of the Embassy of Ukraine, the U.S.-Ukraine Foundation (USUF) and the
Ukrainian American Bar Association (UABA).
